What to Expect
As we meet together in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, it is my hope that you will find healing and in doing so discover a fresh and deeper sense of direction in your life -- full of purpose and passion.

Initial Consultation
An initial consultation gives us an opportunity to meet and discuss the nature of your current situation. Prior to meeting, I will ask you to fill out an intake form which will help provide a full and comprehensive picture of your life story, health history, and present situation. During this time, we can both decide if I am the best person to provide the services you need in order to meet the goals you have for counseling.

Sessions
Should we choose to work together, I will usually schedule a weekly 60 minute session. Many of my clients reserve ongoing time slots weekly and bi-weekly.

Scheduling an appointment
Please feel free to contact me to inquire about openings. If at the time you contact me there are no openings available, I will usually ask you to check back in with me every 4-6 weeks. If I do not hear from you, I will assume that you have found support elsewhere or no longer need therapy.
Rates & Payment
My services are private-pay.
